The First Mass in our home was presided by Fr. Anthony Bangoye, Vicar General, delegate of Bishop Barani Eduardo Hiiboro and concelebrated by Fr. Joaquim Oboi Achono, the Bishop’s Secretary. Many friends attended from Solidarity with South Sudan, the Christian Brothers, the Missionaries of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the two priests from the little Seminary where we attend daily morning Mass, and a couple of friends from the neighbourhood.
On January 9, we left Rome to travel to Dromantine Conference Centre in Newry, Northern Ireland for the Gathering of the Portiuncula Circle which took place on Jan.10. Following the Gathering, we spent the next several days visiting with the Sisters in Ireland.
Jeanette and Veronica’s visit
On 6 November 2012 we left Rome for Bolivia and Peru where we would spend the next month visiting our Sisters and their ministries in these countries as well as being part of their Assembly and elections for Leadership.
Terentia and Danielle’s Visit to Australia
On 30 October 2012 we left Rome for Australia, travelling via Dubai and Singapore; we arrived in Brisbane on 1stof November for a month of visits to all the different places where our Sisters live and minister: Kedron/Brisbane, Toowoomba, Cunnamulla, Woorabinda, Sydney, Morwell, Coomera, Merrimac, Kingscliff, Aspley and Bellmere.
